Add a City preset dropdown (Astana, Karaganda, Almaty, Bishkek, Tashkent, Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Saint Petersburg) that fills altitude, coordinates and time zone from average values.
