Прежний README описывал устройство проекта, но по нему нельзя было
собрать всё с нуля. Теперь это инструкция: что установить, какие пункты
меню выставить, как определить пины дисплея, как поставить агента и
автозапуск, как проверить без агента.

Отдельно вынесены грабли, на которые мы наступили: USB CDC On Boot по
умолчанию выключен, LibreHardwareMonitor требует PawnIO, разделитель
дробной части должен быть точкой, .ps1 нужен UTF-8 с BOM, порт надо
освобождать перед заливкой.

WeatherPredictor — autonomous barometric weather station on a Wemos D1 mini (ESP8266): local Zambretti forecast, TFT display and a self-hosted web interface. See its README.
pump_controller_8_2_OLED_DONE — pump station monitor on a Wemos D1 mini (ESP8266): watches two main pumps plus a backup one, drives two alarm relays, shows status on an OLED and in a web panel, and posts events to an HTTPS webhook. Settings live in LittleFS. See its README and MANUAL.
