Subject: [PATCH] geolocation-cn: re-include category-httpdns-cn (#2888)

Partially revert f73a2168109afb0f7f2d3222eea693c5eed18982

More china apps use it to resolve domain names.

If it does not belong to cn, it will cause these apps to resolve to non-Chinese IPs!
